All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer. We strongly encourage customers to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase to ensure accuracy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Orders

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including product selection, quantity, and shipping address, are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information.

Non-Refundable Items
